For the past 10 years, the "Teach For Armenia" educational foundation has been recruiting, training, and deploying teachers of various subjects to the country's regions in an effort to fill persistent teacher shortages.
Months ago, the Flash company and "Teach For Armenia" signed a memorandum of cooperation. Under this agreement, Flash will support a program aimed at bringing teachers to schools across the Lori region.
Thanks to Flash's support, six "Teacher-Leaders" will head to schools in the Lori region for the 2026-2027 academic year, teaching various subjects and filling critical staffing gaps.
This assistance is being provided through the "Nation-Builders School Sponsorship" program, which aims to improve access to quality education in Armenia's rural and border communities.
"Supporting valuable educational initiatives is our responsibility to the future," noted Sanasar Beglaryan, CEO of Flash. "Over our company’s 30-year history, backing educational projects has always held a special place. We deeply believe that education transforms lives, shapes a conscientious generation, and elevates society as a whole. For us, supporting such initiatives is not just a matter of corporate social responsibility—it is a strategic, long-term investment in the future designed to create new opportunities, develop human potential, and ensure sustainable progress."

In the 2026 - 2027 academic year, with the support of Flash, six teacher-leaders will be assigned to schools across Armenia’s Lori region, where they will teach a range of subjects and help address the shortage of qualified teaching staff
